To support our Certification Process Team, we are looking forward to welcoming you as a Junior Sustainability Certification Manager – Focus: ISCC EU at our headquarters in Cologne.
In this role, you will contribute to a consistent and high-quality certificate review process, ensuring compliance with ISCC audit requirements, supporting administrative processes, and helping to maintain the integrity of the certification system.

Your main duties will be:
- Reviewing certification documents for completeness, accuracy, and plausibility in line with ISCC requirements
- Managing and responding to inquiries from system users via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting internal data analysis (e.g. auditor data, certification materials, producing countries)
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as registration terminations and invoicing
- Supporting, where required, specific topics such as Nabisy-related inquiries
- Contributing, as needed, to updates of review manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
