Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Lead the strategic development and restructuring of ISCC’s email marketing activities and processes using Mailchimp
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimise audience structures, mailing lists, segmentation, tags, templates, and automations in Mailchimp
- Develop and implement a scalable newsletter marketing strategy tailored to different stakeholder groups and ISCC offerings
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and automated email journeys
- Ensure compliant, consistent, and efficient use of email marketing tools and processes across the organisation
- Monitor, analyse, and report on email marketing KPIs
- Continuously optimise email marketing performance based on analytics, testing, and stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve stakeholder targeting, campaign relevance, and data quality
Strategic Communications
- Develop and implement communication plans and campaigns aligned with organisational priorities and business objectives
- Ensure balanced, strategic, and audience-oriented coverage of ISCC-related topics on the ISCC website
- Support and further develop ISCC’s overall communications and marketing strategy
- Identify and evaluate new communication opportunities, trends, and tools
